FEIZHAN
Automatic Food Bottle Washing Filling and Capping Machine 12,000 BPH
$62,000.00
Description
The FZ-KGFX32 washes, fills, and caps food-liquid bottles in one automatic line. It targets PP bottles, though fit depends on the product and bottle specs.
A 32-head air wash clears loose dust and particles from inside each bottle before filling. Next, a 16-head tracking filler dispenses while the bottles keep moving through the station. Planetary capping follows, tightening compatible caps. Less manual bottle handling between stages.
Candidates include edible oils, liquid seasonings, syrups, and other food liquids, subject to testing and configuration. Before choosing a machine, check viscosity, filling temperature, bottle dimensions, and cap design. Foaming matters too (froth on impact is the usual trouble). Also confirm product-contact materials and cleaning requirements for your food application.
Key Features
32-Head Bottle Air Washing System
Compressed air blows loose dust and particles out of each bottle before filling. Thirty-two heads work at once, so many bottles get cleaned in a single pass and arrive at the filler ready to go.
16-Head Tracking Filling System
Filling heads travel with the bottles while dispensing. No stop-and-go at the station. Output varies with filling volume, liquid properties, and bottle specs (a thicker liquid or a bigger fill slows things down).
Planetary Capping System
Once filled, bottles roll on to the capping station, where caps get tightened automatically. Compatible caps only. Final setup follows the bottle neck and cap design, so share both before ordering.
Integrated Bottle Packaging Process
Air washing, filling, and capping run in sequence on one line. Bottles skip the transfers between separate machines, and the workflow stays easier to organize.

Applications
Edible Oils
Edible oils in PP bottles are a fit. Flow behavior and foaming differ from oil to oil, so test the real product before locking in a configuration.
Liquid Seasonings
Works when the seasoning is thin enough for the filling heads to dispense cleanly. Check filling temperature and cap design alongside viscosity.
Syrups
Syrups are possible, though they run thicker. Foaming and filling temperature deserve a close look during testing.
Other Food Liquids
Other food liquids may suit the line, subject to testing. Before choosing a machine, check viscosity, foaming, filling temperature, bottle dimensions, and cap design. Product-contact materials and cleaning requirements need confirming too.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can this machine fill edible oil?
Often, yes. First we’d check the filling system, target volume, and the accuracy you need. Tell us the oil type and bottle specs, and we’ll take it from there.
Can it fill sauces or syrup?
Thin ones, probably. Thick ones may need a different pump or filling setup. Viscosity and flow behavior decide it, so test your material before ordering.
Is the machine suitable for food production?
Food liquid packaging is a fair use. Whether it holds up for your product hinges on product-contact materials, the cleaning method, and compliance in your target market. Confirm all three early.
What bottle materials can it handle?
PP bottles. Before you commit, check bottle dimensions, neck finish, and cap specs.
Does the machine wash bottles with water?
No water. Compressed air blows out loose particles, and that’s all it does. Please don’t count it as rinsing or sterilization.
Want a configuration recommendation?
Tell us the food product, filling volume, bottle dimensions, cap type, and target output. We’ll say whether the standard setup works or what to adjust.
